Raytheon Missile Defense Systems

WOBURN, MA

This was a fast track renovation of the former Genuity campus which was two buildings that totaled 455,000 square feet for Raytheon’s new Missile Defense Center.  The new center houses 1,100 engineers and administration personnel working on critical defense programs for the U.S. Army and the U.S. Missile Defense Agency including design and development of key components of Ballistic Missile Defense systems. The MDC is a state-of-the art facility that provides employees and customers with a modern, accessible R&D environment. The buildings house a robust information technology network, a substantial and modern conference center, and an advanced modeling and simulation facility.
