Treadmark

Cranshaw is working with Trinity Financial to deliver 51 apartments, 32 condominiums, and 5,000 SF of street-level retail over 30 below-grade parking spaces on an extremely tight site on Dorchester Avenue. The building is six-story wood frame over a concrete podium, and is scheduled to be completed summer 2017.

The site was formerly the home to Ashmont Tire shop for the past 40 years. The project will enhance the streetscape with the addition of street trees and street furniture down the block as well as the creation of 8 on-street parking spaces in front of the building. The building was developed by Trinity Financial, the core and shell designed by The Architectural Team and interiors are by Taniya Nayak Design.
