Breaking Ground in Worcester!

Cranshaw is excited to kick off the total redevelopment of the Lakeside Apartments, which will bring more than 350 new affordable homes to the community. Cranshaw is proud to serve as construction manager for this transformative project, with site mobilization for Phase 1 beginning the week of October 27, 2025.

Congratulations to the Worcester Housing Authority, Tremont Development Partners, E3 Development and the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities for their leadership in reimagining public housing as vibrant, mixed-income communities that support residents and strengthen neighborhoods.

Davis Square Architects is the architect of this energy efficient and sustainable project which will adhere to Passive House standards.
