Celebrating Our Spring 2026 Co-ops/Interns

We are excited to introduce our Spring 2026 Co‑Ops Phil and Manny, both from the Wentworth Institute of Technology, and to thank them for the energy, curiosity, and dedication they’ve already brought to the Cranshaw team. Phil and Manny have each embraced hands‑on learning, teamwork, and real‑world problem solving throughout their time with us.

Phil is a Construction Management student at Wentworth Institute of Technology who enjoys hands‑on learning. During his time here at Cranshaw, he hopes to deepen his understanding of field operations, trade coordination, scheduling, and site logistics while building strong communication skills with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors. He is particularly interested in ground‑up construction and infrastructure projects like roads and bridges because of their complexity and impact on communities. Phil takes pride in his willingness to learn, reliability, and attention to detail, and aims to contribute by supporting the team and keeping job‑site operations running smoothly. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and playing hockey, and a fun fact is that he speaks Armenian.

Manny is a Mechanical Engineering student at Wentworth Institute of Technology who enjoys hands‑on, real‑world problem solving and was drawn to engineering as a practical fit early on. He pursued this co‑op to be part of a collaborative team while gaining exposure to project management and field operations, aligning with his long‑term goal of a career in construction management and future interest in real estate development. Manny takes pride in his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team, and recently expanded his skills by learning how to write a scope sheet. Outside of work, he enjoys basketball and working out, and brings a grounded, team‑first mindset from growing up on a farm.

Phil and Manny’s strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and positive attitudes have made a meaningful impact on our projects and our people. We’re grateful for their contributions and look forward to seeing all they accomplish next!
