As Cranshaw Construction’s longest-serving employee, Andrew developed a deep understanding of construction technologies, project types and the complexities of the industry while rising through the firm’s Estimating Department. Andrew was appointed to the Cranshaw Construction Executive Committee upon its formation and currently leads the firm collaboratively toward new objectives.

Andrew’s team handles estimating and preconstruction for diverse project types, spanning healthcare, laboratory, multi-family residential, hospitality, industrial, retail and office buildings. The department’s projects range from small fit-outs under $1M to substantial undertakings, including high-rises approaching $200M. Grounded in the Massachusetts market, Andrew’s localized knowledge offers valuable insights into the region’s dynamics.

Emphasizing a proactive risk management approach, Andrew anticipates and addresses potential construction challenges. His extensive network of subcontractor relationships attests to his deep-rooted connections in the construction industry. By engaging with stakeholder teams at a project’s outset, he provides clients and design teams with essential pricing information for informed decision-making.
