As a Principal, Chris is member of the Cranshaw Construction Executive Committee that leads the firm, Chris has been with Cranshaw for over 20 years. He excels at construction scheduling, logistics, pre-construction planning and project leadership. Chris has delivered many of the firm’s largest and most complex housing, retail, and industrial projects, most recently overseeing the firm’s public work and affordable housing projects, including The Lyndia in Boston and District 120 in Worcester. Chris’ portfolio includes: developments at University Station in Westwood and Meadow Walk in Sudbury; a production facility for MS Walker; and multi-family projects at Boston East, Emery Flats, and the Brynx. Chris has an Associate’s degree and B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
