J.J. brings over a decade of experience in construction safety and compliance, working closely with field staff overseeing safety planning and execution across a wide range of project types, from high-rise residential and lab buildings to large-scale site developments and fit-outs. J.J. leads company-wide safety initiatives, training programs, and field compliance efforts. J.J. holds a B.S. in Occupational Safety and Health Applied Sciences from Keene State College and maintains multiple industry certifications, including from OSHA, the American Red Cross, and the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
