Joe brings over two decades of estimating experience to Cranshaw Construction where he leads a team of estimators and works closely with project executives, design teams, and trade partners to deliver accurate, timely, and strategic cost information from early design through GMP development. His technical expertise spans a broad range of sectors, including multi-family residential, mixed-use developments, retail, office, industrial, lab, hospitality, and senior living. His estimating portfolio includes major Massachusetts developments such as Miscela at Assembly Row in Somerville; 7INK, Siena, and the AC Hotel at Ink Block in Boston’s South End; MarketStreet Lynnfield; and Bridges senior living communities across the state. A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
