Riane Ragno leads Cranshaw’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiative and workforce compliance program. She is responsible for developing new strategies that support DEI goals and requirements, including workforce compliance and reporting, subcontractor cultivation, hiring/retention, data analysis, and implementing internal training, policies and procedures. Riane is the recipient of the 2023 Community Impact Award presented by the Professional Women in Construction (PWC) Boston Chapter.
