Riane is responsible for developing new strategies that support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) goals and requirements for Cranshaw, including workforce compliance and reporting, subcontractor cultivation, hiring/retention, data analysis, and implementing internal training, policies and procedures.

We rely on the knowledge of our subcontracting partners and as we expand, we are always looking for new subcontractors, particularly WBE, DBE and MBE firms. Fill out and submit our Subcontractor Expression of Interest Form as the first step to starting a business relationship with Cranshaw. This will make your company’s information available to our Estimating Department. If our firms are a match, our team will walk you through the next steps to get your firm fully prequalified with Cranshaw.
