Subsequent to updating the budget and schedule we would provide pricing updates at the Design Development and GMP stages. Pricing will be reconciled against previous pricing and value engineering techniques will be employed as needed. Between the design milestones we anticipate attending design meetings and providing estimating and schedule updates to assist the team in decision making. Our pricing updates would be based upon in-house estimates and subcontractor feedback on selected trades depending on the level of information available at the time. Plans and specifications will be reviewed throughout the design process for constructability, means and methods of construction, and to make sure that product types are compatible with budget, schedule, and manpower. We work proactively with the Owner and design team to identify areas of cost and schedule risk early on in a project and will bring multiple alternatives to the table to enable the project to stay on track.
