101 STATION DRIVE

WESTWOOD, MA

101 Station Drive was rebranded and renovated from a Class B space to a more modern, collaborative, Class A workplace that today’s tenants demand. To open the building to more natural light, the front entrance was pushed out, a transformer was relocated and the front façade replaced with a new dynamic glass curtain wall. Also at the front a new canopy, landscaping, and outdoor gathering places around a central fireplace were added. The new brighter lobby features stadium-style seating, as well as a café with Wi-Fi access and a new high-end fitness center that is visible from the entry drive, further advancing the connection of outside and inside and enlivening the entry sequence. Adding visual impact and color, a unique piece of custom artwork was created for the full-wall graphic design in the café area.

Cranshaw also did several tenant fit-outs at 101 Station Drive, including 92,000 SF for General Dynamics; 28,000 SF for Mott McDonald; and 25,000 SF for Boston Children’s Hospital.
