After providing preconstruction services, Cranshaw has been retained for Phase 1 of a planned multi-phase, mixed-use and mixed-income development on the site of Table Talk Pies’ former manufacturing and distribution center which relocated within Worcester. Across from the Worcester Red Sox’s Polar Park, 120 Washington Street is an affordable housing development with 83 units. Eleven units are designed to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulatory requirements. There will be 20+ parking spots with several reserved for EV charging. Groundbreaking occurred at the end of October 2022 and construction is expected to conclude in the first quarter of 2024.
