This two-story 40,000 SF building located at MarketStreet is occupied by Lahey Health Hub and related doctors’ offices and also includes ground floor retail tenants. The Lahey Health Hub at 1350 MarketStreet Lynnfield is a state-of-the-art medical facility that opened in October 2018. Situated in the popular MarketStreet development, it offers primary, specialty and urgent care services in one location. The urgent care clinic provides walk-in services for various non-critical health issues, from broken bones to respiratory infections. Additionally, the facility offers laboratory and X-ray capabilities and access to specialists in cardiology, orthopedics, gynecology and dermatology. Open seven days a week, the Lahey Health Hub fills the gap left by the closure of a nearby hospital’s emergency room. With a patient-centered approach, the facility delivers high-quality healthcare in a convenient setting, meeting the diverse needs of Lynnfield residents.
