This retail and medical office building is located in the Lower Falls section of Wellesley, Massachusetts, on Route 16 with direct access to Route 128. This was a structural steel building with cement plank siding and stone veneer.

 

Newton-Wellesley Hospital leased 21,100 SF in the building for an ambulatory surgical center and medical office. The rest of the building (12,458 square feet) has been leased to CVS Pharmacy.

 

Building materials consist of stone, clapboard and cedar siding with black granite base.
