The 165,000 SF project at 3368 Washington Street includes 202 income restricted units, including 140 units of permanent supportive housing designated for formerly homeless individuals and 62 units available for households with 30-80% area median income. The five-story building will also provide 14,000 SF for Pine Street Inn offices and an 800 SF community room. The project has all electric units and re-usable building materials were donated back to the community for use. The transit-oriented project is located near the Green Street Station on the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s Orange Line and is served by several local bus routes.
