404 Wyman Amenity Upgrades

Waltham, MA

Cranshaw delivered a comprehensive renovation of key amenity and common areas, enhancing both functionality and the overall occupant experience. The project encompassed upgrades to the entrance canopy, lobby and atrium, the conference center, fitness center, café, and outdoor spaces, along with the integration of advanced security, AV, and low‑voltage systems. Modern finishes, branding elements, and architectural wall systems were thoughtfully incorporated throughout. Cranshaw oversaw all phases, maintaining strict adherence to FM Global standards.
