75 Station Landing

MEDFORD, MA

This project was the second apartment building Cranshaw was hired to build at Station Landing in Medford, Massachusetts. The building is a mixed-use, seven-story structure containing 168 luxury rental apartments with first floor retail and restaurant space. Other features of the building include a spectacular lobby, great room with outdoor patio, an internet café, a state-of-the-art theatre room, indoor bike storage and an onsite fitness facility.

 

The project received LEED Gold designation as a luxury rental residence focusing on eco-friendly design and sustainable practices. The project is a transit-oriented development centered around the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s Wellington Station on the Orange Line.
