Cranshaw is preparing to start construction on the 960 MA Ave. project, which is located in the Roxbury/South Bay section of Boston.  The work will include removing two existing 3rd floor additions, removal of the existing ballasted roof and construction of a new 30,000 SF addition on top of the existing building.  The addition will be constructed as a future office space.  The work will also include selective removal and renovations to the entire  façade of the building.  Updates to the HVAC and Electrical services and site improvements.  The building is currently occupied by Standard Electric Supply and The Recording Company, who will remain in operation during the reconstruction efforts.
