This 5-story life science building on the site of the former Mount Auburn Club, includes a 525-car parking garage connected by a second story bridge and will sit on 6.3 acres and will also undertake significant improvements along Coolidge Avenue to incorporate a wider sidewalk allowing for both pedestrians and bikes to travel off-street as well as incorporation of a new signalized inter section. A 780KWH PV/solar array system on the main building and garage will feed the building and contribute to its LEED Gold status. Demolition and abatement will begin this July with construction scheduled to conclude in late 2023.
