This 102,000 SF, 205-key AC Hotel by Marriott is located at Ink Block in Boston’s South End. The hotel is five stories of wood frame construction over a one-story podium and includes amenities such as a lounge, “AC Kitchen,” meeting rooms and fitness center. Building construction consisted of precast concrete piles, a structural steel podium and five floors of wood framed panelized exterior. The façade is a combination of masonry and metal panel.
