Arsenal Yards

WATERTOWN, MA

The redevelopment of Arsenal Yards included five new buildings and the restoration and re-positioning of two existing historic-looking buildings. The development included 350,000 SF of retail and entertainment, approximately 500 apartments, and 100,000 SF of lab/office space.

Cranshaw provided pre-construction services starting in May 2016, and subsequently commenced enabling work to allow for construction of the new buildings and renovation of the existing buildings to start in August 2017. The pre-construction effort ranged from early conceptual pricing of the entire mixed use development including site logistics plans, phasing plans, construction management plans, and schedules along with early procurement strategies for critical path elements of the various buildings.
