Miscela at Assembly Row


Miscela at Assembly Row is a 24-story building featuring 500 new apartments, and 26,500 SF of restaurant and retail space. Multiple amenities are located on site for residents, including a third floor courtyard with a large lawn, pool, community kitchen and event pergola; fireplace lounge adjacent to an oversized fitness center; a speakeasy-style event room; various touch down work areas, a rooftop terrace and sky lounge; 289 parking spaces and bike storage.


Miscela achieved USGBC LEED Gold certification in the v4 BD+C for new construction category.


The project is a transit-oriented development centered around the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s Assembly Station on the Orange Line.
