Cranshaw constructed both the base building and tenant fit out for this 100,000 SF cold storage and distribution facility for produce and other restaurant provisions. The facility includes 37 loading for shipping and receiving. Refrigeration for the five different temperature zones is provided by split system condensers and evaporators. Office support space for the operation consists of 3,000 SF of ground floor employee amenity areas and a 3,000 SF of second floor office.
