Butterfly Network

Burlington, MA

On behalf of Butterfly Network, who develops hand-held ultrasound devices, Cranshaw performed tenant fit-up of this new Class A office space located at The District Burlington.

The project included demolition of the existing 60,000 SF to accommodate three floors for their new world headquarters. Construction included new MEPs and finishes. In addition to the open offices, café and game area, a new stair was cut in to provide an inter-connection between the second and third floors. The new space includes over 200 workstations, 43 offices, conference and collaboration areas, lab benches and seating. A demonstration and training center was built for use with both existing and potential customers to simulate doctors’ and emergency room (ER) facilities.

Scope for a 7,300 SF research and development (R&D) and a machine shop to test products was added during the completion of the office fit-out and is expected to be turned over at the beginning of December 2022.
