Citizens Bank: Regional HQ at 200 Station Drive

WESTWOOD, MA

200 Station Drive is a four-story, Class A build-to-suit office building for Citizens Bank, located on the upper campus of University Station, a mixed-use development. The building is comprised of a four-story structural steel frame, composite concrete floor slabs over spread footing foundations totaling 100,000 SF. The exterior façade of the building includes a structural aluminum curtainwall system with composite metal panels and brick veneer. Two Machine Room Less (MRL) traction elevators, core service areas and preparation for an extensive interior fit-out were part of the base building’s construction.

 

Tenant fit-out for Citizens Bank was also completed on a turn-key basis by Cranshaw Construction.
