Constitution Wharf

Charlestown, MA

Constitution Wharf underwent a full $20 million re-positioning which included a new double-height lobby and entryway. In addition, employee common spaces such as a lounge, café and fitness area were updated. Landscape improvements were made throughout the eight-acre site, including public art and an outdoor work and social room featuring an oversized media screen, creative seating, interactive event space, a fire pit and sweeping Boston Harbor views.

In addition to the base building and landscape renovations, Cranshaw additionally fit-out two corporate offices for Home Base and Shoes.com within the building.
