EMERY FLATS

WOBURN, MA

Emery Flats is a 200-unit residential project consisting of two buildings of five floors each, one containing a parking podium with a total of 303 spaces. The project features a mix of unit types: studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. There are 150 market-rate units and 50 affordable units. Amenities include fitness center, resident lounge and gaming space, business/co-working space, indoor/outdoor flex space for fitness programming, full display kitchen, common area WIFI service, and a full pool deck with an outdoor grill station, curated landscaping and a fire pit feature.

 

Construction is four stories of wood frame over a steel podium. The exterior materials are a mixture of fiber cement siding and contrasting metal accent panels.
