Home Base is the region’s premiere provider of veterans’, service members’ and family health services. An affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital and the Red Sox Foundation, Home Base National Center for Excellence relocated to Constitution Wharf from Boston’s North Station area. This new facility, which includes patient exam rooms, work stations, private conference rooms, training and meeting rooms, a fitness center, new exterior deck overlooking the harbor, an external elevator at the entry and new internal stair connecting the first and second floors.
