Ink Block

BOSTON, MA

Ink Block is located at 300 Harrison Avenue in Boston’s South End neighborhood adjacent to the Financial District and South Boston. The first phase of the project completed in 2015, is a 550,000 SF development with 471 residential units (315 apartments and 79 condominiums in Sepia) and 411 parking spaces for residents and customers; a 50,000 SF grocery anchor; and 32,000 SF of ground level retail and restaurant space. Phase II included 77 residential condominiums at Sepia and 10,000 SF of retail space. Phase III, included a 200-room AC Hotel by Marriott as well as 76 residential condominiums at Siena. In 2022, the final building at 7INK was completed – a 148,580 SF high-rise tower including 180 shared inclusive-living units.

 

The Ink Block community is within walking distance to several public transit and bikeshare stations, giving residents of and visitors to the neighborhood multiple options for public transportation.
