Cranshaw Construction was the construction manager for this 50-acre, mixed-use development on the site of a former Raytheon property. Cranshaw oversaw all site work, the construction of the shell of a 45,000 SF Whole Foods Market, multiple other retail buildings and a 54-bed memory care facility – Bridges at Sudbury. Cranshaw also oversaw all infrastructure improvements needed to support the redevelopment, including a new roadway system as well as an expanded wastewater treatment plant and a stormwater catchment basin.
