Meketa Investment Group: Headquarters at 80 University Avenue

WESTWOOD, MA

Cranshaw constructed the core and shell of a 40,000 SF, two-story Class A build-to-suit office building fully leased by Meketa Investment Group, an investment consulting and advisory firm. The building occupies a two-acre lot near the entrance to University Station. The building structure is structural steel frame with composite concrete floor slabs and conventional spread footing foundations. The building was finished using Ironspot Norman sized brick with large punched windows and a two-story curtainwall façade with decorative parapet treatments.
