The District Burlington

Cranshaw Construction was the lead construction manager on the improvements at The District – formerly known as the New England Executive Park – a 1M+ SF office and retail park purchased by National Development, Charles River Realty Investors and AEW in 2013. Cranshaw completed upgrades to the Rebecca’s Café exterior and interior in Building 800 as well as a lobby renovation there. Renovations were also completed on a new lobby and entry at Building 2400. Work was also completed on a $13M site work improvement package including utility upgrades, landscape improvement and the addition of pedestrian pathways; façade and entry improvements to Buildings 1500, 1600 and 1700; $2M in off-site traffic signalization improvements on Mall Road; a two-level structured parking garage adjacent to Building 24; demolition to some of the lower portion of Building 700 and the addition of a four-story, 56,000 SF new expanded podium for public and office space; 24,000 SF of restaurant shell space in three new buildings; and pre-construction on a potential 160,000 SF new build-to-suit office building.

 

In 2022, Cranshaw fit-out offices in The District Burlington for Butterfly Networks‘ headquarters.
