Newton, MA

Building 3 is a 200,000 SF, 95-unit building with a traditional plank and steel building with a masonry façade and is slated for first floor retail use.

 

Pattern District, formerly known as the Northland Newton Development (NND), is a 22.66-acre semi-urban, mixed-use development located in Newton Upper Falls, MA. Pattern District will provide 822 apartment homes, including 145 affordable units, in nine buildings, all oriented around a village green. Pattern District will be the largest privately-funded Passive House community in the United States.
