PORTSIDE AT EAST PIER – Buildings 5 & 6

EAST BOSTON, MA

East Pier Buildings 5 and 6 consist of 296 apartments located on Boston Harbor and are just a short walk from the MBTA’s Maverick Blue Line Station. The project also includes 308 below-grade parking spaces, and has a large amenity pavilion in the center with a pool and community rooms. Building construction consisted of precast concrete piles, cast-in-place concrete garage, steel-framed amenity center and five floors of wood-framed panelized construction. The façade is combination of metal panel, masonry and fiber cement.
