Portside at East Pier Phase 1

BOSTON, MA (East Boston)

The East Pier project partially redeveloped the existing Massport Pier 1 site into a 125,000 SF including 182 units of rental apartments and 8,000 SF of ground floor retail. The five-story wood frame structure sits on a two-story cast-in-place concrete structure with podium deck.
