Raytheon Missile Defense Systems

WOBURN, MA

This was a fast-track renovation of two buildings totaling 455,000 SF for Raytheon’s new Missile Defense Center (MDC). The center housed 1,100 engineers and administration personnel working on critical defense programs for the U.S. Army and the U.S. Missile Defense Agency including design and development of key components of Ballistic Missile Defense systems. The MDC is a state-of-the art facility that provides employees and customers with a modern, accessible Research & Development (R&D) environment. The buildings house a robust information technology network, a substantial and modern conference center, and an advanced modeling and simulation facility.
