Staples World Headquarters

FRAMINGHAM, MA

The Staples campus, which is a part of the larger 9/90 Corporate Center constructed by Cranshaw Construction, consists of 82 acres and was master planned to accommodate an additional 250,000 square feet for Staples’ future growth. The first phase, a 650,000 SF, state‐of‐the‐art office building, was occupied less than thirteen months after the commencement of construction. The project is comprised of two six‐story wings of corporate office space with a three‐story central ‘collaboration zone’ which contains a 600‐seat restaurant/cafeteria, an auditorium and conference facilities. An 840‐car structured parking facility to accommodate Staples’ current and future expansion needs on the campus, was also completed later as a separate Phase 2.
