Waterstone at The Circle

BOSTON, MA

Located on the site of the former Circle Cinema in Boston’s Cleveland Circle, The Circle is a planned mixed-use project comprised of a 162-key AC Marriott Hotel and a 92-unit, high-end, active adult independent residential community called Waterstone at The Circle. The layout of the development provides a piazza-like courtyard between two non-connected buildings with underground parking for 188 cars.

Waterstone’s construction consisted of a structural steel podium with four floors of wood framed panelized construction above. The façades are a combination of masonry and metal panel. The independent living building includes many high end amenity spaces such as a resident dining room, lounge, fitness center with indoor pool,= and penthouse game room. Waterstone at The Circle opened in February of 2018.

The project is a transit-oriented development centered around the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s Cleveland Circle Station on the Green Line.
