The Element

BoSTON, MA (Allston)

Cranshaw Construction built this five-story, 100-unit apartment building comprised of gated parking on the first level with four levels of apartments above. Amenities available to all tenants include a club room, media room, expansive rooftop terrace and fitness center. The project is certified LEED Gold.

 

The Element is located near the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s Griggs Street stop on the Green Line’s B branch.
