The Westcott

Swampscott, MA

The 114-unit multi-residential rental project features a mix of market-rate and 40B affordable studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Situated next to the MBTA commuter rail and the Swampscott Rail Trail, this transit-oriented development (TOD) is located in a densely populated residential area that was formerly an industrial site. Demolition and abatement for the five-story building commenced in the fall of 2023 and the building opened in the summer of 2025. The project is designed in accordance with Passive House standards.
