Cranshaw is worked with Trinity Financial to deliver 51 apartments, 32 condominiums, and 5,000 SF of street level retail over30 below grades spaces on an extremely tight site on Dorchester Avenue. The building is six-story wood frame over a concete podium, and opened in December 2018.

The site was formerly the home to Ashmont Tire shop for the past 40 years. The project enhanced the streetscape with the addition of street trees and street furniture down the block as well as the creation of 8 on-street parking spaces in front of the building.
