DORCHESTER, MA

This six-story residential building includes 51 apartments, 32 condominiums, and 5,000 SF of street-level retail over 30 below-grade spaces on an extremely tight site on Dorchester Avenue. The site was formerly the home to the Ashmont Tire shop for the over 40 years. The project enhanced the streetscape with the addition of street trees and street furniture down the block as well as the creation of eight on-street parking spaces in front of the building.

The project is across the street from the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s Ashmont Station which serves the Red Line, the Mattapan Trolley and several bus lines making it a Transit Oriented Development.
