Waterstone at Lexington

LEXINGTON, MA

Opening in the fall of 2022, Waterstone at Lexington is a luxury rental senior housing community located adjacent to the Belmont Country Club and close to major shopping, dining and travel routes in Lexington. Designed by the architectural firm of Elkus | Manfredi Architects to be evocative of the surrounding area’s residential architecture, including the historic Gropius House, the building uses color palettes and textures that capture the mid-century spirit. Offered amenities include a full fitness center with indoor pool, theater, restaurant-style dining, demonstration kitchen, underground parking, a putting green, walking trails and much more. Spacious one and two bedroom apartments feature designer kitchens and baths and individual screened porches in each apartment.

 

Waterstone at Lexington received the 2023 Massachusetts Apartment Association Senior Community of the Year award. The National Association of Home Builders honored Waterstone of Lexington as a Silver Winner in the independent living category in the Best of 55+ Housing Awards Program, held during the International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas.
