Woodland Station

Newton, MA

Woodland Station Apartments is a transit-oriented development located across from the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s Woodland Station on the Green Line. The four-story building consists of 158 one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments and 22 two-story townhouses. The apartment building has two levels of above-grade parking concealed from the street level by the 22 townhouses which run the entire length of this 800 foot long building. Amenities include an exercise room, billiard room and conference center. The building’s grounds are well landscaped with walking paths, a playground and a seasonal pool. The project was built in 16 months when completed in 2005. In 2019, Cranshaw updated communal areas as well as units with new amenities to create modern spaces for today’s residents.
