Brendan Campbell Named Project Executive
Cranshaw Construction has promoted Brendan Campbell to Project Executive.
After joining Cranshaw in 2019, Brendan served as Senior Project Manager for Prospect Union Square in Somerville, a $189 million, 521,000-SF transit-oriented development featuring 450 units across a 26-story high-rise and adjacent mid-rise structure. The LEED Gold project required extensive coordination with the MBTA and included a three-level parking garage, wood-frame and steel composite construction, and a precast panel façade.
Prior to joining Cranshaw, Brendan spent more than two decades at Jay Cashman, Inc., rising from a Field Engineer to Vice President and managing a variety of infrastructure and marine construction projects. These included the $45 million Woods Hole Ferry Terminal Reconstruction, the USS Constitution Pier 1 Structural Repairs at the Charlestown Navy Yard, the Pappas Way Seawall/Harborwalk in South Boston, and major wind farm projects in Maine. Brendan also held key roles on some of the Northeast’s most significant infrastructure efforts, including the Central Artery/Tunnel (Big Dig).
“Brendan blends deep technical expertise with leadership skills on every project,” said Cranshaw Principal Jeff Fishbone. “His experience managing large-scale building combined with his infrastructure background provide our clients with the highest level of planning and execution.”
Brendan holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with an Environmental Concentration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Congratulations to Brendan on this well-deserved promotion.
