Bryan Miller Named Project Executive

Cranshaw Construction has promoted Bryan Miller to Project Executive.

Since joining Cranshaw in 2018, Bryan has led several of the firm’s most significant residential and affordable housing developments. Most recently, he completed Old Colony Phases 4-5 in South Boston, delivering 208 new units across two buildings for Beacon Communities. The project achieved Passive House standards. His additional work includes The Lyndia in Jamaica Plain, a five-story, 202-unit affordable housing community with on-site Pine Street Inn offices, and Old Colony Phase 3A, a 135-unit, 157,000-SF affordable residential building.

Before joining Cranshaw, Bryan spent a decade with Bowdoin Construction and began his career with Perini Corporation. His prior project experience includes fit-outs, renovations, and additions for school, corporate, healthcare, and commercial clients.

“Bryan has demonstrated exceptional leadership on some of Cranshaw’s most demanding, high-performance projects,” said Cranshaw Principal Chris Iannelli. “His ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver on time, while meeting stringent sustainability and community goals, has been an asset to both our team and our clients.”

Bryan holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional as well as a Phius Certified Builder. Bryan has also served on Cranshaw’s Safety Committee.

Congratulations to Bryan on his well-earned promotion.
