Cranshaw’s Fall 2026 Intern & CO-OP Fairs

Join Cranshaw at three upcoming college career fairs, where we’ll be recruiting interns, co-op students, and full-time team members for Spring/Summer of 2027 and beyond. Stop by our booth to learn more about our company, explore career opportunities, and discuss your professional goals with members of our team.

At Cranshaw, we believe that great projects start with great people. We are committed to creating opportunities for the next generation of construction professionals by providing meaningful, hands-on experience and mentorship in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Our work spans a wide range of project types, including multi-family residential developments, affordable housing communities, and life sciences facilities that help strengthen the communities where we live and work.

Paid interns and cooperative education students become active members of our project teams, working alongside experienced superintendents, project managers, safety professionals, and operations staff in both the field and office. Through real-world project involvement, students gain valuable experience while contributing to projects that make a lasting impact.

We are currently seeking candidates for the following Spring/Summer 2027 opportunities and future openings:

  • Safety Engineer (Co-op)
