With over 25 years of industry experience, Joel enhances the client experience by optimizing Cranshaw’s project performance and aligning systems, execution, and fiscal requirements. He develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implements training programs, and oversees successful project delivery while leading the Project Management, Project Coordination, and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Departments. Joel also manages staffing assignments, the company’s technology stack, and financial forecasting. He has been with Cranshaw since 2018 and holds a B.S. in Facilities Planning & Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
