NATICK, MA

Cranshaw has had a long-standing relationship with MathWorks to provide construction management for its multi-phased campus expansion, including adding a fourth level to an existing pre-cast garage; demolition of an existing 25,000 SF building; and new construction of a 176,000 SF, four-story office building and a four level, 855-space parking garage. Additional scope included significant sitework and landscaping efforts to create a park-like pedestrian “quad” area joining the new facilities to the existing three-building campus, and off-site road improvements along Route 9, including a new traffic signal to allow for eastbound to westbound U-turns.
